wellbian has a system in place that separates protocol/governance/issuance (Foundation) from technology/operations/quality (Labs). This is done to minimize conflicts of interest and clarify operational responsibilities.

&#x20; • Implementation of data QC, outlier detection, and quality score calculation logic (pending foundation approval)

&#x20; • Development and operation of AI prediction engine, data pipeline, and API provision
\
&#x20; • B2B data provision SLA and operational reporting

### 2. WELLBIAN FOUNDATION (Coin Issuer/Protocol Entity)

• Token (Coin) Issuance and Token Policy Management (Total Supply/Allocation/Lockup/Release, etc.)

• Core Protocol Parameter Management (Reward Weighting, Staking/Slashing, Oracle Settlement Rules)
